All control units are constructed for each particular lubrication system taking into account the working environment and the working parameters.
Various types of HMI are available, push button or touch screen in mono chrome and colour. These give authorised personnel access to the different levels of data and operating parameters. Also giving, in written form, indication of any fault.
Small systems would be wired using such as Brad Harrison plug in connector units

Larger lubrication systems would be connected by using the ASi system.This would save on complicated wiring and give easy mobility especially in assembly cells, where units are moved to suit production needs.

Using ASi also allows changes to be made and expansion to the system without the need for rewiring.
